FONDA — The Montgomery County Department of Youth, Alternatives to Incarceration and Veterans’ services has a limited availability of Outreach Program funds to be administered during this year, according to a news release.
The primary purpose for allocating these funds is to assist youth-serving programs within Montgomery County who are currently not receiving, or are ineligible to receive, New York State Office of Children and Family Services funding, the news release said.
A completed application package must be received by the Youth Bureau by 4 p.m. Feb. 24. The applications will be reviewed by the Montgomery County Youth Board of Directors and applicants will be notified of the Youth Board’s determination by mail, the news release said.
The applications may be obtained by calling the Montgomery County Youth Bureau at 853-4355 Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., the news release said.
