Eligibility is as follows: Ages 60 and older with monthly income of $1,670 a month for a one-person household; $2,246 a month for a two-person household; $2,823 a month for a three-person household; is currently receiving or eligible to receive Social Security Income, food stamps, public assistance, or Section 8 Housing subsidy.
