Roberta and Greg Bedell of Edinburg are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Monica Lynn Bedell, to Kevin Micheal McGuire, son of Ray McGuire, of Broadalbin, and Tonja Hickman of Deland, Fla.

Monica is a 2008 graduate of Northville Central School. She continued her education at FMCC, where she earned her CNA certificate. She is now employed at River Ridge Living Center in Amsterdam.

Kevin is a 2005 graduate of Broadalbin-Perth school. He is currently employed at Target Distribution in Amsterdam.

The couple currently reside in Broadalbin with their wonderful dog, Princess.

A July 17, 2010, wedding is planned.
