Sonja Duncan and Kevin Domingue of Saint Albans, Vt., announce the engagement of their daughter, Meghan Domingue, to Zackary Wager, the son of Terry Horning and Karen and the late Thomas Wager, all of Johnstown.

Domingue is a 2006 graduate of Bellows Free Academy in Saint Albans. She is employed at Lexington Center, Gloversville.

Wager is a 2003 graduate of Johnstown High School. He is employed at St. Mary's Hospital, Amsterdam.
