GLOVERSVILLE - The Hoops for Troops 3k run/walk will take place Sunday at 9 a.m. at Boulevard Elementary School.

The entry fee will be $20 on the day of the race. The entry fee for students who are 18 and younger will be $10 and the fee will be $5 for children 10 and younger.

Race-day registration will take place from 7:45 to 8:45 a.m.

The race will benefit the Gloversville Lady Dragons basketball team, and a portion of the entry fee will be donated to the Hometown Soldier Fund in Broadalbin.
