Judge sentences two to Drug Court
JOHNSTOWN - Two Fulton County Court defendants will be participating in Drug Court after sentencing in separate cases Thursday before Judge Richard C. Giardino.
Justin T. Gray, 28, of Keyser Lake Road, Dolgeville, was sentenced by Giardino to a three-year conditional discharge to participate in Drug Court. He also was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine.
Gray was arrested June 21 on charges including first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, felony driving while intoxicated and reckless endangerment.
Gray pleaded guilty Aug. 20 to felony DWI.
In another case Thursday, Johnathon R. Cusak, 23, of East Main Street, Johnstown, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor DWI and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He is to be sentenced later to a one-year conditional discharge to participate in Drug Court. He is expected to have to pay a $1,500 fine as part of a plea agreement.
He was arrested Aug. 19 on charges of first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and DWI.
