BINGHAMTON - The Herkimer County Community College softball team swept a doubleheader against Broome Community College on Tuesday.
Herkimer won the first game, 16-0, and the second, 10-1.
In the second game, Gloversville graduate Mollee Putnam earned the win in the circle for the Lady Generals.
Putnam allowed just two hits and one run to earn the complete game win.
Herkimer (16-3 overall) will travel to Hudson Valley Community College today for a doubleheader beginning at 3 p.m.
