Bill Mazzoli, 69, of Tennantville Road, Edinburg, died Saturday, September 29, 2012, at the Wells Nursing Home in Johnstown following a long illness. He was born in Astoria, N.Y., on August 4, 1943, the son of the late Thomas and Antoinette Garafolo Mazzoli. He was a graduate of LaSalle High School in New York City.
Bill was employed as the custodial supervisor for Northville Central School until his retirement in 2011.
On March 19, 1988, he married Fran Treglia Mazzoli, who survives. He is also survived by his children, Maria and her husband, Philip Spaeth, of Northville, Michael and his wife, Annemarie Mazzoli, of Long Island and Christine Mazzoli; one brother, Thomas W. and his wife, Marion Mazzoli, of Florida; two grandchildren that he loved and cherished, Emma and Henry Spaeth.
Friends may call on Tuesday, October 2, 2012, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Northville Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 3, 2012, at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church of Northville at 10 a.m. Burial will be held in Clarkville Cemetery, Edinburg.
