JOHNSTOWN?- The Johnstown Public Library will be closed Oct. 31, Nov. 1 and 2 for building maintenance.
The library will reopen Nov. 3 at 10 a.m.
"We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and are looking forward to sharing our refreshed space with the public," a news release from the library said.
