GLOVERSVILLE - City police were called to break up a crowd on Thursday evening, resulting in three arrests.
Heather L. Boop, 33, of 29 1/2 Orchard St., Charity E. Colvin, 37, of 3 E. Eighth Ave., and Dori Sangston, 39, of 3 E. Eighth Ave., were arrested, and each was charged with disorderly conduct.
Police said an officer on patrol observed a large crowd in the area of 9 E. Eighth Ave., and the three women were screaming at each other, creating a public disturbance.
The officers broke up the disturbance, police said, but not before several people came out of their homes to see what was happening.
All three women were arrested and transported to the police station before being released on appearance tickets.
