BROADALBIN - Sportsmen and outdoor lovers are invited to participate in Sacandaga Bible Conference's fourth annual Sacandaga Sportsmen's Day.
The event will begin with registration at 9:45 a.m. Jan. 12 at the camp's Ray Mills Youth Center on Lakeview Road. The day will include seminars and workshops for hunters, fishermen and bowhunters, as well as displays, vendors, a silent auction, door prizes - including several firearms - and a sportsmen's buffet, featuring dishes made with wild boar and locally raised elk, bison and venison.
The guest speaker will be Paige Patterson, a big-game hunter and scuba diver and president of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.
