Thomas and Marlene Guiffre of Broadalbin announce the engagement of their daughter, Katie Guiffre, to Joey Menz, the son of Stephen and Bernadette Menz of Milford, Mass.
They met at the College of Saint Rose, where Guiffre graduated with a bachelor's degree in graphic arts. She is the marketing director and a yoga instructor at the Saratoga Regional YMCA in Saratoga Springs.
Menz graduated with a bachelor's degree in business and is completing his master's in rehabilitation counseling at the University of Buffalo, Erie County, while he works at the Schenectady ARC as an employment specialist.
