FONDA - The Frothingham Free Library will feature the art of Linda Kollar of Fultonville this month.
Kollar worked as a commercial artist, a news release said. Kollar ahs won many awards and been accepted in four national shows.
"She works in any water soluble medium and often combines them," a news release said.
