BROADALBIN - Area firefighters were called to a house fire at 2141 County Road 107 in the town around 4 p.m. Wednesday and continued to control the fire until 10 p.m.
Firefighters were called back to the scene around 7 a.m. today when the fire rekindled in a kitchen cupboard.
The Broadalbin Kennyetto Fire Department was first on the scene just before 4:30 p.m., and no injuries were reported from the fire.

Volunteer firefighters from Hagaman, and Perth also were on scene with Fulton County fire coordinators and Montgomery County fire coordinators.
The fire caused extensive damage to the two-car garage, with extensive smoke and water damage to the rest of the house.
Garth Hillier, of the Fulton County fire coordinators, said they were investigating the cause of the fire.
Lt. Neil Bartholoma of the Broadalbin Kennyetto department said the cause was still under investigation this morning.
Hillier said Wednesday that the house wasn't immediately habitable, but it wasn't a total loss.
