ALBANY - Matt Hoffman picked up a pair of individual victories and ran a leg on the victorious distance medley relay team to help the Fonda-Fultonville boys place third at a Tri County Indoor Track League meet Saturday at the University at Albany.
Hoffman, a senior, topped the field in the 1,000-meter run with a time of 2:49.4 and the 1,600-meter run in 4:44.0.
He teamed with Jimmy Westman, Dalton Hunter and Tyler Angioli to take top honors in a time of 11:35.7.

Also picking up victories for the Braves were Kyle Guiffre in the shot put with a toss of 44-09.
On the girls side, Lindsay Therrien took home top honors in the 55-meter hurdles with a time of 9.2-seconds.
Therrien also placed second in the triple jump with a leap of 31-01.5.
Rebekah Hentnik placed second in the girls pole vault, clearing the bar at 8-06.
Whitney Martuscello and Camryn Savoie placed fourth and fifth in the shot put with tosses of 28-04.5 and 27-03.5 respectively.
The Lady Braves placed fifth overall in the meet.
Also turning in scoring performances for the Braves were Tyler Angioli, who placed third in the 600-meter run with a time of 1:30.3 and Michael Sweet, who was fourth in the 55-meter hurdles in 8.7-seconds.
Joe Fox placed third in the high jump with a height of 5-06, while Zach Nizet was fifth in the long jump with a leap of 17-03.75.
Tyler Cranker and Dominick Neri placed third and fourth respectively in the shot put. Cranker recorded a throw of 40-08, while Neri threw 40-03.
