FORT PLAIN - Village police said a teen "exposed" himself to girls over the Internet.
The 17-year-old male was charged with disseminating unlawful material and endangering the welfare of a minor.
Police said the teen was charged after an investigation revealed he "exposed" himself to three females younger than 15 over the Internet.
The teen's name and address was withheld due to his age.
