FONDA - Two village residents were charged Dec. 5 by Montgomery County sheriff's deputies for allegedly pulling down their pants and exposing their bare buttocks to pedestrians.
John Alexander Morey, 18, of 390 Yellowville Road and Marcus Anthony Bonafede, 17, of 52 Broadway, were charged with public lewdness.
Deputies said the teens stood on Old Johnstown Road in the town of Mohawk and "mooned" people as they drove past.
A passing motorist observed the pair and filed a complaint, deputies said.
Morey and Bonafede were issued tickets. They are scheduled to appear in Mohawk Town Court on Dec. 19 to answer the charge.
