‘Sib Street’ set to begin in January

GLOVERSVILLE-Lexington Family Services recently announced a new program, "Sib Street," for siblings of children with disabilities.

The program will begin in January and will be offered for free to any child from ages 9 to 14 who has a sibling with special needs, a news release said.

The program will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Jan. 11, Feb. 8, March 15 and April 19 at Lexington Family Services, 43 Harrison St. The program will include activities, exercises and interacting with other siblings who may have the same interests and concerns, the release said.
