The Lady Rams led 25-19 after three quarters before outscoring the Lady Patriots 16-2 in the final quarter to earn the win.
Katie Ressel, Cristiana Johnson and Monica Rouse all finished with six points for Amsterdam (4-5 overall, 2-4 Big 10).
Alexus Durham scored seven points to lead Schenectady.
