During the investigation into the violation, authorities discovered Krill, a level three registered sex offender, had two email addresses in his name, police said.

As a registered sex offender, Krill is required to have any Internet accounts, including email addresses, registered with the state, city police said.

On Monday, Krill was taken to City Court by state corrections and charged. He was arraigned and placed in the custody of state corrections for further proceedings, police said.
