FMCC gets a visit from the Harlem Rockets

March 13, 2013
The Leader Herald

The Harlem Rockets comedy basketball team put on a show at Fulton-Montgomery Community College on Tuesday.

The game raised more than $1,000, more than what was anticipated, according to Dan Fogarty, admissions and enrollment management assistant at FM. The college's Student Activities Board announced part of the proceeds will go to the Homeless Shelter of Montgomery County in Amsterdam, and the remainder will go to another local charity to be determined.
