FMCC baseball slips to 1-5 overall

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - The Fulton-Montgomery Community College baseball team lost both games of its doubleheader Sunday at the Apprentice School.

The Raiders lost the first game 2-0, and the second game 8-1.

In the first game, Shawn Strong had a hit for FMCC. Chris Perry threw a two-hit shutout for Apprentice.

In the second game, Kelvin Vasquez had an RBI single for the Raiders.

FMCC slipped to 1-5 overall.
