JHS girls lacrosse loses to Queensbury

JOHNSTOWN - Christie Raymond finished with five goals to lead Queensbury to a 17-6 win over Johnstown in a Foothills Council girls lacrosse game at Knox Field on Monday.

Mary Rahal scored four goals for the Lady Spartans (4-0 overall), while Allison Butler had two goals and three assists.

Lindsey White and Alexis Gordon each had two goals for Queensbury, while Katie Zilka and Tori Deckert both scored once.

Skylar Swatt had three goals to lead Johnstown, while Kendra McCoy scored twice.

Megan Anagnostopulos also scored for the Lady Bills, while Mikaela Etherton had an assist.

Bridget Bell made 10 saves for Queensbury, while Alexis Livingstone made 11 saves for Johnstown (1-2 overall).
