AHS boys lacrosse loses to Scotia, 6-5

SCOTIA - Nick McCloskey scored the game-winning goal in overtime as Scotia-Glenville edged Amsterdam, 6-5, in a non-league boys lacrosse game Monday.

McCloskey finished with two goals and two assists for the Tartans, while Ben Connolly also scored twice for Scotia-Glenville.

Sam Carmola and Connor Flaherty each had a goal and an assist for Scotia-Glenville.

Hector Diaz scored four goals for Amsterdam (7-4 overall), while Corey Dybas also scored. Rob Santiago added an assist for the Rams.

Dylan Smith made 18 saves for Amsterdam, while Ray Nazir had nine stops for Scotia-Glenville.
