FMCC baseball swept by SUNY-Adirondack

QUEENSBURY - The Fulton-Montgomery Community College baseball team dropped a doubleheader to SUNY-Adirondack on Saturday.

The Raiders fell in extra innings in the opener 4-3 and dropped the nightcap 6-3.

Iziah McCowan had three hits and an RBI for the Raiders in the opener, while Alex Vickery, Greg Ruddy, Dylan Pechtel, Donnie March and Greg Mosetti all singled.

FMCC starting pitcher Matt Snyder struck out 14 and walked four in Game 1.

In the second game, Avery Ford had two singles for FMCC, while Ruddy and Cullen Beauregard had one hit each. Pechtel drove in a run, while McCowan had two RBIs.
