GLOVERSVILLE - The annual Gloversville Memorial Day parade and services will be held May 27.
The parade this year will be at 10 a.m. instead of 9:30 in order to accommodate some out-of-town units, a news release said.
The line of march will be from Sixth Avenue and North Main Street, east on Sixth Avenue to Kingsboro Avenue, south on Kingsboro to Fulton Street, then west on Fulton Street to the main entrance to Prospect Hill Cemetery where it will disband.
At the completion of the parade, a memorial service and the placement of wreaths will take place at the Soldiers and Sailors Monument in the cemetery.
The units taking part in the parade are asked to line up by 9:45 a.m.
Flags being placed on veterans graves will begin around Friday.
