Coverage of historian’s arrest unfair

May 16, 2013
The Leader Herald

How bizarre that a fellow who trades one coffeemaker for another, with all the theft in government (people who take without bringing anything back) should have his name and reputation ruined as The Leader-Herald had attempted to do.

Let's not forget the years of public service this gentleman provided.

Why embarrass somebody like that? Shame on The Leader-Herald.

Maybe we will have to start arresting nurses who leave their work daily with bandages and creams and even medications that do not belong to them.

There is lots of theft and wrongdoing everywhere. Leave this 70-year-old man alone.
