Girl Scouts thankful for city’s support

May 18, 2013
The Leader Herald

Our Girl Scout year is coming to a close, and the leaders of Troop 2357 would like to thank some of the businesses and people in our community who helped our Brownie troop.

Thank you to Fulton County Federal Credit Union, Stewart's Shop No. 247, Gloversville Walmart, Johnstown Price Chopper, Mayor Dayton King and his wife, Chanda King.

Thank you to Kevin Jones, director of the Department of Public Works in Gloversville. Thank you to Goderies Tree Farm, Heather Dwyer of Beau Monde, Vernon Duesler of the Mud Road Sugar House, Traci DiMezza, Monique Simons, Priscilla Person, Maura Kuehling and Betsy Hastings.

Thank you to our wonderful community of Gloversville. You supported us this year through cookie sales and donations.

Thank you to the parents and families of the girls in our troop. You are dedicated to helping these girls achieve great things, and we appreciate your support.

HEATHER WILSON and GILLIAN PACIOLLA
