August 17, 2013
The Leader Herald

JOHNSTOWN -?HealthLink Littauer, the community health and wellness service of Nathan Littauer Hospital and Nursing Home, recently announced a program about "Anger management for families" will be held Thursday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at its wellness center, 213 Harrison St. Ext.

"Don't sweat the small stuff. Anger is a choice and only you can control how you feel," Wendy Chirieleison, Littauer's community health educator, said in a news release. "Families will learn how to recognize and control feelings of anger, and new ways to manage anger when it occurs."

The free program will be for parents and children ages 6 and older. Low-cost childcare will be available for younger siblings (newborn to age 5) during the one-hour class, the release said.

To attend, call HealthLink Littauer at 736-1120.
