Girls Soccer Roundup: Scotia-Glenville blanks Gloversville

SCOTIA - Gracie Mailey and Kelsey Martin each scored two goals to lead Scotia-Glenville to a 6-0 win over Gloversville in a Foothills Council girls soccer contest Tuesday.

Maddy Carroll and Abby O'Connor also scored for the Lady Tartans, while Lauren Zeglen had two assists.

Carina Moran made nine saves to earn the shutout win in goal for Scotia-Glenville.

Emily Washburn made 11 saves for Gloversville (1-4 overall, 1-4 Foothills).

WAC

Northville 2, Galway 0

NORTHVILLE - Tessa Hadland and Mary Ryan scored, leading Northville to a shutout win over Galway in a Western Athletic Conference contest.

Lyndsey Wadsworth had two assists for the Lady Falcons (2-3 overall, 2-3 WAC).

Mallory Hook made six saves to earn the shutout win in goal for Northville.

Nicole Cassale made 10 saves for Galway.

Colonial Council

Cohoes 7, Fonda-Fultonville 1

FONDA - Miranda Charette and Natalie Ricci each finished with two goals to lead Cohoes to a win over Fonda-Fultonville.

Nicole Hume, Sarah Hume and Lily Sencer also scored for Cohoes, while Maddie Dupuis made four saves to earn the win in goal.

Skyler Hesch scored the lone goal for Fonda-Fultonville.

Ashley Hulbert and Alexis Halpin combined to make 15 saves for the Lady Braves.

Big 10

Amsterdam 3, Troy 1

TROY - Monica Rouse, Kaitlyn Burkart and Catie Fedullo scored to lead Amsterdam to a win over Troy.

Carlee Lockrow scored the lone goal for Troy (0-7 overall), while Liss Gardner had an assist.

Cassandra Robataille made five saves for Amsterdam (5-1 overall, 2-0 Big 10), while Davina Mayo-Dunham made 10 stops for Troy.

Center State Conference

Herkimer 5, Dolgeville 0

DOLGEVILLE - Hannah DeLude scored twice to lead Herkimer to a shutout win over Dolgeville.

McKenzie Pine, Vicki Wenke and Joy Williams also scored for Herkimer, while Williams also had two assists.

Chelsea Jory made five saves to post the shutout win in goal for Herkimer.

Morgan Randall made nine saves for Dolgeville (1-3-1 overall, 0-1-1 CSC).
