Amsterdam tops Ravena, 96-79

AMSTERDAM - The Amsterdam boys swim team won six of 12 events to post a 96-79 win over Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk on Tuesday.

Kristian Santos won the 1-meter diving competition and the 100-yard freestyle for Amsterdam (2-5 overall), while Jonathan Blanchard (100 backstroke) and Thomas Knack (200 freestyle) also posted wins.

The Rams also won the 200 and 400 freestyle relays.

Jordan Harris won the 500 freestyle and 100 butterfly for Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk. Michael Fryer (200 individual medley), Anthony McElligot (50 freestyle) and Sam Datri (100 breaststroke) also posted wins for the Indians.

Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk also won the 200 medley relay.
