Kelsey Bovee, the daughter of Wayne and Deborah Bovee of Gloversville, was united in marriage to Kenneth Pagano, the son of Michael and Tina Pagano of Johnstown, at 5 p.m. Nov. 2, 2013.
The ceremony took place at The State Room, Albany. The Rev. Christopher Richard officiated.
The bride was escorted by her father.

The maid of honor was Erin Baker of Gloversville, sister of the bride. The bridal attendants were Alexandria, Lauren and Olivia Blanchard, all of Gloversville, cousins of the bride.
The best man was Matthew Hoose of Bainbridge, Ga. The groomsmen included Nicholas Pettit and James Day, both of Johnstown, and Loren and Jacob Baker, both of Gloversville.
A reception for 130 guests took place at The State Room.
A wedding trip took place in Negril, Jamaica. The couple resides in Amsterdam.
The bride is a 2004 graduate of Gloversville High School, a 2007 graduate of the State University of New York at Oswego and a 2009 graduate of Union Graduate College with a master's degree in business administration. She is employed as a project manager with GE Global Operations and Finance, Schenectady.
The bridegroom is a 2010 graduate of Fulton-Montgomery Community College with a degree in construction technology. He is employed as a locomotive engineer at CSX, Selkirk, Albany County.
