Another Democrat mayor in Gloversville will be no different. They talk the talk during the campaign, but they don't walk the walk once they are elected. Gosh Cruella, I just caught this too. (Being your so smart Lukeebean) Your pertains to possession. That is your bike or that is your home. When using it as "you are", it's supposed to be spelled you're... a contraction.

It's settled. Cruella never won the local spelling bees. Maybe she "divorsed? her spelling book. (it's divorced, Cru) You almost sound like a woman scorned. Did old Timmy spurn your advances? Being your so smart Lukeebean, Hughes is not a single man!! He is still married. Just living with a girlfriend and sneaking around with all the others! He has 3 small children to help take care of. So sorry about the word BREAK!! I think you got the message though,RIGHT, did I spell that right MR.LUKEEBEAN???? Check out the rest of my spelling would you? I would hate to make another mistake..... Oh, and the estranged wife is the third WIFE! And what do you suppose caused all those divorses????? Stop patting yourself on the back.

Many years ago the city had a neighborhood that was called the GUT. Tim tried very hard to make all of Gloversville a larger GUT. And he had some help from his own party and the other party as well. It is now time for a real change.

Getting, Hughes got a bad rap??? Give me a brake! He made his mess down there at cityhall and ccaused the city soap opera witch is still going on. One girlfriend after another and calls them all HONEY that way he don`t confuse there names! Dale, Debbie one,Debbie two, Nancy, Missy, Laura, Tammy,to many to name them all so honey is your names...

Tim Hughes was definitely not the worst mayor Gloversville has ever seen, but by far is not a good one. He has done nothing for the city but watch it go even more into a slump. I feel for Mr. King having his support because that will only hurt him at the polls. IF, and that is a big 2 letter word, the new mayor can do any sort of good for this city, Maybe someone could be almost proud to live here rather than embarrassed.

I truely believed when Hughes took office his only goal was to cut spending at any cost and lower the deficit..He cared about no one's feelings and i guess he shouldn't to a point, afterall feelings always get hurt in disagreements but the title "mayor" went to his head and he became to unethical and unprofessional along the way. He took advantage of his power and used the city and resources..Everyone and i mean EVERYONE knows the cellphone, laptop, etc was NOT stolen...Etc, etc , etc...Dont let the door hit u where the big man split u Timmy...

I think Hughes got a bad rap. He walked into a mess with more drama than a soap opera. People get the government they deserve. Let's watch as someone who has "government experience" replaces him, complete with the lack of reality mind set that doesn't survive in the private sector.
