Earth Day resource fair planned for April 21

JOHNSTOWN — The third annual Earth Day renewable resources fair will take place from noon to 2 p.m. April 21 in the Sir William Johnstown Park, Main Street. The event will feature vendors and informational displays, according to a news release.

The hybrid cars from area dealers will be featured. The providers of geothermal and solar energy will be represented. In addition, Cornell Cooperative Extension Master Gardener and Fulton County Recycling will be providing demonstrations, the news release stated.

There will be a bottle drive by the Boy Scouts. Attendees are encouraged to bring bottles and cans to donate.
