Devin R. Salvione of Route 30, Gloversville, completed a bachelor’s degree in cinema and screen studies.
Jason Landl of Route 28, Inlet, a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Winnie T. Blackwood of County Highway 156, Johnstown, a bachelor’s degree in journalism, magna cum laude.
