∫ Sacandaga Valley Arts Network Artists’ Gallery Exhibit: Fulton County Visitor Center, Routes 29 and 30, Vail Mills. Free and open to the public. Gallery is open weekends.

∫ Dick Foster — artist of the month: Frothingham Free Library, 28 W. Main St., Fonda. The artwork exhibit can be viewed during library hours through June. Foster of Mayfield and Florida, is an artist of drawing and painting outdoor scenes. The work of Foster will be on display through June.

∫ Robyn Valentine — “1825 Days of Survival”: Micropolis Gallery, 30 N. Main St., Gloversville. Valentine creates three-dimensional collages of metals, leather, fiber and cement. Paintings, drawings, pastels, photographs, fiber art, batik, mixed media, woodwork, glass, digital art, jewelry, pottery, woodland assemblages and fine art cards by Micropolis artists are also on display. The show, which is free and open to the public, runs through June from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday; from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday; and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.

∫ Relay for Life benefit dance: Johnstown Senior Center, 109 E. Main St., Johnstown, 7 to 10 p.m. $7 donation at the door. Basket raffles and 50-50. All proceeds will go to the American Cancer’s Fulton and Montgomery Relay for Life. This is an alcohol free event. Soda and water will be available for purchase. Line, partner and free style dancers welcome. Music by Sue Kaupelis.

Tuesday

∫ Line dance lessons: Rustic Loft, 4740 Route 30, Amsterdam, in the SawMill Pavilion. Beginners lessons and dancing, 7 to 9:30 p.m. $5 cover charge. Sue Kaupelis, instructor.
