∫ Aug. 2, 9, 16, 23, 30: At 6 p.m. you’re in recovery. Welcome all who are in recovery, are affected by addiction and/or support the recovery lifestyle. All pathways of recovery are embraced.
∫ Aug. 3, 17: At 6 p.m. gentle yoga postures that provide relaxation to rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit. RSVP by Aug. 2 for Aug. 3, date; and Aug. 16, for Aug. 17 date.
∫ Aug. 3, 10, 17, 24, 31: At 6 p.m. men’s support group. A recovery group for men who are looking for ongoing support.
Aug. 4, 11, 18, 25 :
∫ At 6 p.m. women’s support group. A recovery group for women who are looking for ongoing support.
∫ At 6 p.m. family recovery group. A support group open to anyone with a family member, friend, or loved one who is in recovery or impacted by substance/alcohol use disorder.
Aug. 5, 12, 19, 26:
∫ At noon you’re in recovery. Welcome all who are in recovery, are affected by addiction and /or support the recovery lifestyle. All pathways of recovery are embraced.
∫ At 6 p.m. you’re in recovery. Welcome all who are in recovery, are affected by addiction and /or support the recovery lifestyle. All pathways of recovery are embraced.
∫ At 7:30 p.m. we recover. A recovery meeting for individuals ages 19-30.
∫ Aug. 6, 13, 20, 27: At 3 p.m. you’re in recovery. Welcome all who are in recovery, are affected by addiction and/or support the recovery lifestyle. All pathways of recovery are embraced. The Friday afternoon meeting is at Centro Civico, Amsterdam.
∫ Aug. 19: At 2 p.m. opioid overdose prevention (narcan). How to recognize and respond to an opioid overdose; includes narcan administration instructions and kit. RSVP by Aug. 12. The narcan training will be held at the Hamilton-Fulton-Montgomery Prevention Council Training Room, 86 Briggs St., Johnstown.
