GLOVERSVILLE – City police charged a 24-year-old man after an investigation into a report that another man was pistol whipped as his life was threatened.
Rashaun “Trey” Clinton, a city resident, was charged Thursday with second-degree menacing.
Police said they began investigating Oct. 16 a report that a man was pistol whipped by another man with a hand gun.
Police said reports claimed Clinton struck the man in the head with the gun, pointed it at him, and threatened to kill him before leaving the scene in an unknown vehicle.
Clinton was arrested at 18 Park St.
He was held pending arrangement.
