JOHNSTOWN – City police said a man was arrested on New Year’s Eve for striking a homeowner in the face and attempting to gain entry into the home.
Keith T. Rajkowski, 21, of 13 Gilbert St., was arrested by city police Dec. 31 and charged with second-degree harassment and trespassing.
Police said Rajkowski insisted he lived at the location he was attempting to enter at 5 Gilbert St., where he allegedly struck the homeowner.
Police also said Rajkowski was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident.
Rajkowski was released on an appearance ticket to appear in City Court at a later date.
