FORT PLAIN – The Fort Plain Autism-Special Needs Support Group will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the United Methodist Church, 39 Center St.
The workshop – with Mary Fornabia, a special education resource specialist of the Parent Network of Capital Region – will focus on special education record keeping. Those attending can bring their child’s documents for insertion into binders, a news release said. The minimum number of attendees is six. People can make reservations by calling (315) 823-0327.
Respite and a sitter will be provided by Liberty ARC, the release said. Parents, guardians, family members, teachers, therapists, pastors, Sunday school teachers, Scout leaders and students are invited to attend.
