GLOVERSVILLE – City police said a woman was arrested after she hit a nurse in the emergency room where she was a patient.
Linda M. Morrison, 24, of 37 Third Ave., was charged Saturday with second-degree harassment.
Capt. John Sira said Morrison arrived at Nathan Littauer Hospital and started to damage property and threatened to harm herself. Sira said she then punched a nurse, who was trying to help, in the face. He said the nurse sustained minor scratches from the punch.
Morrison was released on an appearance ticket. She is scheduled to appear in City Court at a later date.
