JOHNSTOWN – Due to today’s snowstorm, City Engineer Chandra Cotter said garbage pickup for the 3rd Ward that was supposed to occur today will be delayed until Wednesday morning so the Department of Public Works can focus on plowing and snow removal.
Cotter said residents in the 3rd and 2nd wards should place garbage curbside by 6:30 a.m. Wednesday for pickup.
