AMSTERDAM – A 65-year-old woman was charged with making terroristic threats Tuesday.
Victoria Kelly, of 4 Elk St., was arrested at her residence in the city, Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies said.
Deputies said Kelly made terroristic threats against the Montgomery County DSS.
Kelly was arraigned in Mohawk Town Court and released.
