GLOVERSVILLE – A teenager was arrested Saturday in connection with the burglary of a city residence where a man took a Nintendo Wii video game system, city police said.
David R. Heroth, 17, of 4 N. Water St., was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary, a felony, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
Police said he was charged after an investigation revealed he entered a city residence at the end of June with another teenager and stole the Wii system and games for it.
The other teenager, Stephen Dingman, 18, was previously charged in connection with the theft of the game system along with stealing cigarettes from a local convenience store.
Heroth was arraigned in City Court and sent to Fulton County Jail on $10,000 cash bail.
