FONDA – A village woman has won $1 million with a scratch-off ticket, according to a news release from the New York state Lottery.
According to the release, the player – who was not identified this morning?- won her prize in a Cash Blowout scratch-off game she purchased at a Stewart’s Shop on East Main Street in Fort Johnson.
The winner was to receive a $1 million ceremonial check today at 1 p.m. at the store.
