MAYFIELD -?State police said a man was arrested Sept. 9 after the state Department of Labor reported he stole more than $12,000.
Jeffrey Crubbrest, 47, of Mayfield was charged with third-degree grand larceny and first-degree falsifying business records, both felonies.
Troopers said the Department of Labor reported Crubbrest stole about $12,048 between Nov. 28, 2011 and June 24, 2012.
However, troopers said, Crubbrest was not entitled to receive the money because he was employed in Amsterdam.
Crubbrest was arraigned and scheduled to reappear in Town?Court.
