PERTH – The Stewart’s Corp. recently bought the former NBT Bank building on Route 30.
Christian Klueg of CMK & Associates Realty said the building, which connects to an existing Stewart’s shop, had been vacant for several months and had been on the market for two weeks.
According to documents in the Fulton County clerk’s office, the sale occurred Sept. 4 and the sale price was $275,000.
The Stewart’s shop and connecting NBT building are at the corner of Route 30 and County Highway 107.
Maria D’Amelia, press representative with Stewart’s, said Stewart’s has no plans for the site now.
“We saw it as a potential opportunity down the road,” D’Amelia said.
