GALWAY – The Galway Lioness Club of Lions District 20-Y2 will hold their February dinner meeting on Wednesday at the Galway Lions club building, on East Street. Dinner will be held promptly at 7 p.m. a news release said.
The evening will feature the “Annual Souper Bowl Of Caring”. Members are asked to bring donations of canned soup, packages of dry soup or monetary donations to benefit the food pantry of the Greater Galway Community Services Association.
The guest speaker of the evening will be Lion John McDonald of the Saratoga Lions Club of Lions District 20-Y2.
The February Lioness board meeting will be held immediately following the dinner meeting. Committee reports will be shared and the upcoming events will be discussed. All members are welcome to attend and share their ideas, the release said.
