FULTONVILLE- A man was arrested and charged with having more than 100 cartons of untaxed cigarettes and three pounds of marijuana in his home Friday.
State Police arrested Scott Simonds and charged him with criminal possession of marijuana, a class D felony and possession of untaxed cigarettes.
Police said approximately three pounds of processed marijuana and over 100 cartons of untaxed cigarettes were found at Simonds’ home.
Simonds is scheduled to appear in Glen Town Court on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
