SCHENECTADY – Price Chopper and Market 32 Supermarkets are issuing a voluntary recall on 48 oz. Central Market Classics Caramel Caribou Ice Cream (UPC no. 41735 07230).
The product is being recalled due to the possible presence of metal shavings, the release said.
Most of the customers who purchased these items have already been contacted through Price Chopper’s SoundBite notification program, a news release said.
Customers with the affected product should return it to their local Price Chopper for a full refund.
